Workshop for sock puppet building
During the upcoming weekend, Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th of October 2015, I will show newbies how to build simple but appealing sock puppets. The two-hour workshop takes place in Munich and will be repeated several times during these days. Is is part of an event around the DVD release of „Mara und der Feuerbringer“. If you are interested in getting one of the last free slots, contact either me or the organizers via the facebook fan page.
The Alps, again!
New Documantary-Show about the Alps
Having just arrived from the Alps (remember the Cartoon Network shooting), we start pre-producing the next format featuring the Alps, namely a documentary. I am especially looking forward to the historical reenactments: from the early middle-ages until the end of the 19th century, there will be lots of eye candy as certificates, documents, maps, …!

That was the trigger for me to give a try for my version of the poster. Some kind of wired puppet fan art… ;-)
Sadly, this will not be in theaters, however the original will!

“Grimmepreis”: Nomination for two Shows
These are news I like! Both shows I recently worked on are nominated for one of Germany’s most important TV-awards, the “Grimme-Preis”. The bad thing: Both, “Habe die Ehre” for “Bayerischer Rundfunk” as well as “Cartoon Network – Spurensuche” are competing in the same category…

Second Season for Cartoon Network’s Spurensuche (CNS)
Great. That’s how a working day should be. Location Scouting for the upcomming season of the outdoor show. Talking a walk. Gloriously sunny weather. Picturesque alpine landscape. That’s the way I like it.
DingStars: talking things
Preparation for a new show on BR – Bayerischer Rundfunk. I’m going to produce clips that will be used to introduce the show’s guests.
The audio level is going to be a real audio survey about the prevailing guest. Later on, I will build puppets from every-day items and animate their mouthes to the voices of the prerecorded survey.
That’s going to be big fun.
Cartoon Network – Spurensuche (CNS)
New project. It’s about geo caching. Three kids and a celebrity need to find hidden tasks and solve riddles and puzzles in the woods. Sounds like big fun and loads of props to build.
